I think being a busy parent or mother is one heck of a job. Yes you read me right, a job! But it’s no sleazy excuse for not being able to exercise. Check this babe out!
That’s pretty crazy if you think about it. But if other mothers can do it, so can you. Is it safe? Maybe you can take a look read here and tell me what you think. For me, I’ve ran for the majority of my 1st and 2nd trimester so, really, it feels great and your body does need the exercise.
